RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your order, but if it’s not quite right, no worries, here’s how returns work with us:
WANT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at hello@leotocurated.com to get started.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn and unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (like your order confirmation) is needed.
Please note: As a small shop selling curated vintage, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
HOW TO SEND IT BACK
Once we’ve approved your return, we’ll send you return instructions. Please don’t send anything without checking in with us first.
WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED
We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Items bought in person (unless faulty).
- Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.
RECEIVED THE WRONG OR A FAULTY ITEM?
Oh no - we’re sorry about that! Please email us right away with a photo, and we’ll get it sorted ASAP.
EXCHANGES
Want something else? The easiest way is to return your item (if eligible), and place a new order once the refund is processed.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Heads-up: your bank or payment provider might take a few extra days to process it.)
EU CUSTOMERS – YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you're in the EU, you're entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. This means you can cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason at all - just make sure the item’s in its original condition.
